These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Kind Matter Private Limited, 136, Sector 29, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, GSTIN 09AAMCK0011A1Z7 ("we", "us"), sells the boxes.
The Kind Matter Diwali Edition The Card Night Box: a deck of playing cards, a card game variations pamphlet, four shot glasses (100 ml, two red and two dark green), four pong glasses (350 ml, two pink and two green) and a gift box. Photos and mock-ups show the design; the final product may differ slightly in colour and finish.
There is no minimum order. An order is confirmed only when we receive your payment and send you a confirmation on WhatsApp or email. Our last order date for Diwali delivery is 3 Nov 2026.
Prices on the site are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. The regular price is Rs 999 per box. Pre-order pricing, where offered, applies to orders placed before the pre-order end date shown on the site. Delivery is charged at actual courier cost unless we say otherwise in writing. We may correct a price that is clearly wrong and will tell you before you pay. If you need a GST invoice, give us your company name and GSTIN when you order.
You pay in full when you order, by UPI to Kind Matter Private Limited or through the online payment page we provide. We never ask for your card details by message.
We aim to deliver 3 to 5 days after we confirm your order. See our shipping policy. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, except as stated in our refund policy.

The glasses are made of a plant-fibre composite bound with a polymer. They are not plastic-free. The box contains no chips. The playing cards are for games among friends and family, and we do not promote gambling.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Noida have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
