We deliver across India.

• Delivery time: 3 to 5 days after we confirm your order. We send a dispatch message with tracking when your box is on its way.
• Last order date: 3 Nov 2026 for delivery before Diwali.
• Delivery charges: charged at actual courier cost.
• Courier and tracking: we ship with a trusted courier partner.
• Delays: if a courier delay or a missed delivery attempt is outside our control, we will help you chase it. If we miss the delivery time by more than 3 days, see our refund policy.
• Damage in transit: check the box on delivery. If it is damaged, message us within 48 hours with photos or a video of the unboxing, and we will replace or refund it.
• Wrong address: we cannot change the address after dispatch. Re-delivery may cost extra.
• Where we ship from: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (we deliver across India).
