This policy applies to orders and pre-orders of the Kind Matter Diwali Edition The Card Night Box placed on this website.
You can cancel any order until we dispatch it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 94643 46651 or email info.kindmatter@gmail.com with your name and payment reference. We refund the full amount you paid.
Once we have dispatched your box we cannot cancel it or refund it, except as set out in sections 3 and 4.
If a box arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and a video of the unboxing if you have one. We will replace it at no cost, or refund it if we cannot.
We deliver 3 to 5 days after we confirm your order. If we miss that by more than 3 days, you can cancel the undelivered boxes for a full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Company orders are also covered by any written quote or agreement. If it differs from this policy, the written agreement applies.
