This policy explains what personal information Kind Matter Private Limited (Kind Matter) collects when you pre-order, and how we use it. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your name, phone number, email, delivery address, company name and GSTIN (for company orders), and your payment reference. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Our payment provider handles those.
To confirm and deliver your order, issue invoices, take payments and refunds, contact you about your order, and meet tax and legal duties. We contact you about future offers only if you agree.
Our payment provider, courier partners, and packers who need names or addresses to fulfil your order. We do not sell your data.
When you tap a button on the site, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your order details filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Order and tax records for as long as the law requires, usually 8 years. Other data until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to Arjun Mathur at info.kindmatter@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
